Bonds Gig Band (DE)

Bonds Big Band is a wind ensemble from the municipal music school that is known beyond the borders of the tri-city area. It was founded by Christian Leitherer, who still leads the band today. The full lineup of Bonds Big Band's most experienced members will open the program on the Rathausplatz stage at 5 p.m. on August 2. 

Under the name Bonds Gig Band, smaller ensembles made up of members of Bonds Big Band and guests will perform at the 3LSF on Sparkassenplatz. These ensembles will play whenever the marching bands have left Sparkassenplatz for Rathausplatz. This ensures that the audience on Sparkassenplatz can enjoy live music throughout the event.
