Troubadour, poet, singer-songwriter, and environmental activist Luca Bassanese has a mission and comes across as a romantic warrior of our modern times. 

Since 2006, he has released 14 albums, whose colorful range of themes reflects his interest in social change. Thanks to a successful crowdfunding campaign, the album “Reset” was released in June 2023 and promptly made it into the Top 10 of the World Music Charts Europe.

In his youth, Luca Bassanese listened to Fabrizio de André and the legendary cantautori of the 1970s, and later became fascinated by the powerful folklore of the Italian and Balkan Adriatic coast. From all these influences, he brewed his special cocktail of poetry and love stories, steeped in Italian folklore, tarantellas, opera buffa, and Balkan brass. His energetic, swirling performances with La Piccola Orchestra Popolare put everyone in a good mood and are sure to thrill the audience at 3LSF!
